The Mission of the Education Leadership Development Group, LLC
The mission of the Education Leadership Development Group, LLC (ELDG) is to provide leadership strategies and methods to identify, develop, and sustain K-12 school leaders and classroom teacher leaders. The ELDG uses proven and practical theoretically-based leadership development strategies and techniques that promote care and character leadership development. The ELDG’s target market includes: school administrators, principals, assistant principals, resource teachers, teacher leaders, classroom teacher leaders, and anyone on the school leadership staff.
Strategies
ELDG uses strategies that incorporate ethics, efficacy, care, excellence standards, cultural responsiveness, organizational planning, and enhanced professionalism into the school culture.
